Letter From our Soccer Director:
My name is Cassidy Gray and I am the new Director of Coaching for soccer at Villa Academy. I want to let you all know about training opportunities this summer. If you are interested in signing up or would like more information please contact me at email@example.com.
First and foremost, I will be hosting a summer camp at Villa from 9:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. during the weeks of August 19-23 and 26-30. I’ve opened a one week pre-registration period due to limited space available (60 spots total, 30 each week.) At least 40 spots have been reserved for Villa students and another 10 (already sold) have been reserved for some of my top students over the years. My intention for this is to ensure a skilled and mature foundation which I believe will set a good example for other campers.
In addition to the summer camp I will be running training sessions on campus Wednesdays from 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. and Saturdays from 9:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.. These are hour sessions for all ages and group sizes range from 1-12. I highly recommend signing up with friends who have similar skill and ability levels.
Thanks, and I’ll see you on the pitch!

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce to you a new basketball program that is being offered at Villa Academy. Villa Academy is partnering with Donald Watts and his world-class basketball program, Watts Basketball, to deliver basketball training and player development to Villa students and youth in the surrounding community. This is a unique opportunity for Villa Academy and something that we are excited to support.
Villa Academy is a school where children become scholars and individuals of character; where the development of the heart goes hand in hand with the development of the mind and where children develop the confidence and enthusiasm to go as far in the world as their dreams will take them. Donald Watts and Watts Basketball share a similar philosophy and aim to inspire and motivate young people to be the best they can possibly be, both at the game of basketball and in life.
Watts Basketball focuses on developing basketball fundamentals, athletic movement, and mental intangibles for the complete athlete. Lessons taught and skills learned on the basketball court can apply to other sports as well as life outside of sports. Confidence built on the court can carry over to confidence off the court.
We began this program with a successful series of mini-camps in January and a Little Dribbler program for our younger grades. Training with Donald Watts and his Watts Basketball trainers is available now with future offerings advertised in the school newsletter.

Please take a look at the Golf and Tennis Programs Flyer for new programs in golf and tennis. It is a great program and the kids will love it.
